Find nearby branches
Search the Bromley directory by postcode, neighbourhood or agency. The list is alphabetical, not a performance ranking.
A clearer way to choose who sells your home
Compare proposals. Choose at your own pace.
A practical starting point for UK home sellers. Ask local agents the same questions, compare their written proposals, and decide without pressure. We’ll be clear when local information is not available.
Start with your area
Search a UK town, city or postcode area. The Bromley pilot directory is available; other area pages are not yet covered.
No address or personal details needed to browse.
Bromley is the first directory pilot. Its branches are not ranked, sponsored or affiliate-linked. Other towns are not yet covered.
How it works
Find branches, request valuations, compare proposals.
Start with the local directory, contact branches yourself, then compare the written terms at your own pace. Bromley is the first verified directory pilot.
Shortlist up to three
Choose branches to contact. Choices in the start journey stay in memory only while that page is open.
Compare their proposals
Contact each branch directly to request a valuation and written terms. Record the responses in the private worksheet; we do not send your details to agents.
Browse by place
Explore UK areas
Start with the Bromley pilot directory, or browse other areas to see where local comparison information is not yet available.
Your notes stay on your device
Compare up to three proposals side by side.
Use a private worksheet to capture valuation ranges, fees, contract terms and service notes. It does not ask for your address, rank offers or tell you which agent to choose.
Use the comparison worksheetBromley directory pilot
Browse local branch details and sources in Bromley. This is not an assessment or recommendation: we do not publish agent ratings, fees or performance rankings, and no branch is paying for placement.
